Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have · The salesforce developer with 2-3 years experience: · - Develop applications, data integrations and technology solutions within the Salesforce platform · - creates/updates Test Classes to maintain a minimum of 85% overall code coverage · - Create Designs & Technical Specs from requirements, identifying solutions that will not impact/or have limited impact to other applications within the Salesforce orgs · - Participate in code reviews, collaborate with fellow Developers and Architects · - Collaborate with the Architect, Developers, Salesforce Administrators, Business Owners and others during the delivery of the Project or Enhancement · - Provide production support assistance as needed 2-3 years Salesforce Development • Apex Experience • Visual Force • Java Script • Experience with Aura Components & Lightning Web components • Triggers • Flows • BitBucket
Good-to-Have · Certifications: · Salesforce Platform Developer I ( required) · Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
