Your Role

As a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer, you will work in one of the largest and most complex CRM applications. You will work closely with Product Management, Software Development, Data Engineering and other teams to develop scalable and innovative CRM solutions. Your role will be accountable for design /implementation of technical solutions within WMA and timely delivery of projects following agile / scrum SDLC.

The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

· Implement CI/CD Pipeline by managing quality and security policies/gates, designing a release strategy, setup up release management workflow, and implementing and appropriate deployment pattern using Gitlab DevOps

· Configure and implement Azure DevOps workflows using Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos and Azure Artifacts

· Build DevOps practices like CI/CD, version control systems like Git, infrastructure code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates, and experience with Gitlab pipelines

Responsibilities

· Support Platform BCM (BCDR)

· Observability with LGTM Ecosystem

· Manage AKS, Docker, Istio, network policies, and Kubernetes security.

· Build CI/CD pipelines with Git, GitLab CI/CD, Maven, and Gradle.

· Automate D365 solution deployment and environment promotion through GitLab CI/CD.

· Provision Azure infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible and PowerShell.

· Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

· Support Azure Databricks, ADLS G2 deployment and access management.

· Monitor applications and infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.

· Apply RBAC, Azure Policy, Azure Key Vault, and container-security practices.

· Manage cloud costs through Azure monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and optimization.

· Support Redis cache, Azure PostgreSQL deployment troubleshooting
