About the Team

The WMA CRM organization is building a strategic Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM platform that serves as the unified CRM ecosystem for Wealth Management. The platform integrates with enterprise systems through a modern Data Mesh/Data Fabric architecture, enabling secure, scalable, and real-time data exchange between upstream business applications and downstream consumer platforms. The team delivers robust integration capabilities that support advisor experiences, client servicing, analytics, and enterprise-wide data consumption.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Fabric Engineer with 8 or more years of experience in data engineering, data integration, enterprise application integration, or Data Fabric/Data Mesh implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable pipelines that ingest data into D365 CRM and export CRM data and business events for downstream consuming applications.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain Data Fabric/Data Mesh solutions that ingest customer, advisor, account, and relationship data into Microsoft D365 CRM from multiple enterprise source systems.

· Build and support outbound pipelines that publish CRM data and business events to downstream applications using APIs, event streaming, Kafka, and batch-based integration patterns.

· Develop and optimize integrations using Dataverse, enterprise APIs, messaging platforms, and cloud-native technologies to ensure reliable and secure data movement across the CRM ecosystem.

· Partner with CRM product teams, architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define data mappings, integration contracts, data quality rules, and operational requirements.

· Implement monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and observability capabilities for integration services to ensure high availability and rapid issue resolution.

· Drive best practices for data governance, scalability, security, CI/CD automation, and event-driven architecture while contributing to the evolution of the enterprise Data Fabric strategy.

Desired Skills

· Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, enterprise APIs, Kafka, and event-driven architecture.

· Experience with Data Fabric, Data Mesh, ETL/ELT frameworks, and real-time data streaming solutions.

· Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, integration platforms, and distributed data processing technologies.

· Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, system integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.

· Experience working in Agile delivery teams supporting large-scale CRM and data transformation initiatives.
