Scope of Services
Provide SAP Asset Accounting / Project Systems (WBS) functional consulting and application
support services for Sumitomo IT. Services include supporting finance solution design and
implementation, configuration and support of SAP FI/CO Asset Accounting / PS processes,
interfaces, incident and enhancement management, business process support, testing,
deployment, and collaboration across North America Deliverables
• SAP FI/CO – Asset Accounting & PS (WBS) Solution Design Documents
• Configured and Supported SAP FI/CO – AA/PS Processes
• Interface Design and Support
• Incident & Problem Resolution Reports
• Enhancement of Functional Specifications
• Testing Documentation (SIT/UAT)
• Deployment & Go-Live Support
• Knowledge Transfer & User Documentation
• Status, KPI, and SLA Reports
• Regional Business Support for North America |
