Analyze flow services for troubleshooting issues. • Handle deployment activities, including package migrations, configuration updates, and hotfixes, Patches. • Support disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) setups and participate in DR drills. Experience in SFTP, AS2, TLS/SSL certificate setups, External partner setups. • Good knowledge of Linux environments, shell scripting, and SQL. • Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services, APIs, and middleware integration patterns. Analyze issues, work with application teams and businesses. • Good experience on SOX Audit. Co-ordinate between onsite & offshore. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
