| Detailed job description - Skill Set: | - Configure and deploy KODE OS across customer sites, including site setup, device onboarding, and platform configuration.
- Support on-site installation and commissioning activities, including Nook installations and validation of integrated systems.
- Configure data source onboarding, ingestion, mapping, and historical data backfill requirements.
- Enable and support integrations between KODE OS, energy modules, building systems, and connected data sources.
- Perform Tier-2 troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution across devices, integrations, connectivity, and data flows.
- Collaborate with customers, facility teams, and landlords to design and implement BMS integration workarounds and ensure successful deployments.
| | Mandatory Skills | Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
Mandatory Skills - 4-6 years of experience in IoT deployment, implementation, systems integration, or smart building technologies.
- Experience with KODE OS or similar smart building / IoT platforms.
- Hands-on experience with platform configuration, site onboarding, device provisioning, and system integrations.
- Experience with data source onboarding, data mapping, and historical data backfill activities.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across IoT devices, APIs, integrations, connectivity, and data flows.
- Ability to support both remote deployments and on-site implementation activities.
Preferred Skills - Experience with IoT platforms, sensors, gateways, and edge devices.
- Knowledge of BMS, HVAC, energy management, or smart building technologies.
- Familiarity with networking protocols, APIs, MQTT, Modbus, BACnet, or similar IoT/OT standards.
- Strong troubleshooting, customer engagement, and field deployment experience.
Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and smart building environments.
- Knowledge of MQTT, Modbus, BACnet, or other building/IoT communication protocols.
- Exposure to energy management, sustainability, or facility operations platforms.
