Job Description:

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), including APIs, databases, integrations, cloud services, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of AI/GenAI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI platforms, and AI-driven solution development.
• Proficiency with tools and technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Power BI, SQL, Azure DevOps, Git, and REST APIs.
• Ability to support end-to-end AI initiatives, including requirements gathering, platform integrations, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
