Job Description:
1.Architect and lead CyberArk (PAM + Conjur) strategy, enabling enterprise-scale secrets management and privileged access integration across CI/CD pipelines
2.Define and enforce platform standards, security architecture, and governance frameworks, ensuring scalability, automation, and compliance with IAM/PAM policies and audit requirements
3.Deliver solutions that meet end user expectations relative to performance, usability, and security for PAM service.
4.Coordinating with the CyberArk operations team for use case discussions/testing, new integrations, and troubleshooting
5.Develop, implement, and maintain security solutions supporting the Identity and Access Management program.

7.Maintain the CyberArk PAM/Conjur infrastructure for the organization.
8.Gather new plugin development requirements.
9.Upgrade/Install and patch the CyberArk PAM/Conjur services whenever needed.
10.Work with Cybersecurity Operations and Risk teams to ensure solutions comply with the organization’s standards and policies.
11.Work with vendors and technology partners to identify new methods to aide in the development and maintenance of solutions.
12.Conducting proactive analysis to determine if systems are performing optimally.
13.Work with infrastructure teams (Unix/windows/networks/db etc.) to gather information for platform and onboarding.
Minimum years of experience*:
8-10 years
Must Have Skills:
1.8 or more years’ experience working on the CyberArk Privileged Access Management
2.Experience CyberArk PAM Self-hosted/Privilege Cloud installation, administration, and general maintenance.
3.Candidate should be a self-starter and have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
4.Hands on experience on Secrets management – Credential Providers (CP/CCP/ASCP)
5.Hands on experience for CyberArk Conjur Enterprise and OpenShift credential access
6.CyberArk Defender and Sentry certification (or equivalent)
7.Must have experience working in large Enterprise and able to deliver following the industry best practices and ITIL processes and procedures for Incident, Change, Problem and Release management.
8.Incumbents should have strong interpersonal and effective communication skills to lead the issue resolutions and direct technical solutions.
