Technical/Functional Skills
•       Expertise in mobile testing for iOS and Android applications.
•       Strong experience with Appium, REST Assured, Postman, API Automation, and CI/CD pipelines. & Jmeter/loadrunner knowledge to guide Performance tester
•       Experience with AWS AppSync, API Gateway, GraphQL APIs, Spring Boot Microservices, DynamoDB, and Fargate.
•       Strong knowledge of performance, accessibility, security, and cloud-native testing practices.
•       Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and delivery governance skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
•       Define and own the overall Test Strategy, Test Plan, Quality Governance Framework, and Release Readiness Criteria for the program.
•       Lead testing activities across native mobile applications, AWS AppSync/API Gateway services, Spring Boot microservices hosted on AWS Fargate, and enterprise integrations.
•       Leverage AI driven approach for automation to improve productivity, reduce timeline and cost of implementation.
•       Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for mobile, API, integration, and end-to-end testing using industry-leading tools and practices.
•       Establish quality gates within CI/CD pipelines and enable continuous testing as part of the DevSecOps lifecycle.
•       Drive functional, regression, integration, accessibility, performance, security, and disaster recovery testing activities.
•       Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, UX teams, DevOps, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met.
•       Manage test environments, test data, defect lifecycle, defect triage, and root cause analysis activities.
•       Publish test execution reports, defect metrics, quality dashboards, release risk assessments, and executive-level status reports.
•       Ensure compliance with enterprise standards including WCAG2Mobile accessibility, OWASP security guidelines, and non-functional requirements.
•       Lead QA automation teams, provide technical guidance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase coverage and reduce release cycle duration.
•       Set the framework and support reviewing the automation scripts delivered by DEV and QA teams
