Job Description*

 Seeking an experienced SAP TPM BW/4HANA Lead Architect to support the Lindt & Sprüngli North America AMS engagement. The role involves leading architecture, support, and enhancement activities across SAP TPM, BW/4HANA, BW-IP, HANA, and S/4HANA integrations while managing delivery, ticket governance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP TPM and BW/4HANA architecture, reporting, planning, and analytics solutions.
  • Support and enhance Trade Promotions, Accruals, Claims, Forecasting, and Customer Business Planning processes.
  • Manage ServiceNow ticket queues and ensure SLA compliance for incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot complex TPM BW issues and drive resolution across integrated SAP systems.
  • Mentor offshore teams and collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  •  Strong experience in SAP BW/4HANA development and administration.

    • Open ODS Views
    • Process Chains

  • Strong SAP BW-IP implementation experience.
  • Expertise in:
    • FOX Formulas
    • Planning Functions
    • Planning Sequences
    • Aggregation Levels
  • SAP HANA Modeling and SQLScript knowledge.
  • AMDP development experience.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Experience integrating SAP BW with SAP S/4HANA.
