- Strong knowledge of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Networks, Activities, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Settlement
- Experience in Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- SAP PS integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, PM, and other SAP modules
- Data migration planning, validation, and execution support
- Stakeholder management and business process consulting
- Post-Go-Live Hypercare and production support experience
- S/4HANA transformation and rollout project delivery experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SAP Best Practices
- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications related to Project Systems
- Experience working in multinational and cross-functional environments

- Knowledge of project accounting, project costing, and revenue recognition processes
- Experience coordinating with business users, data migration teams, and SAP template teams
- Ability to facilitate workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Strong documentation skills, including Functional Specifications (FS), BRDs, and process flows
