• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Varicent SPM, providing deep domain knowledge on Sales Performance management processes and best practices • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret requirements and ensure accurate translation into Varicent SPM solutions • Guide and support technical and business teams in the design, configuration, and optimization of Varicent SPM models, workflows, and reports • Ensure the Varicent SPM system aligns with business objectives, compliance standards, and policies • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to calculations, data integrity, and system performance • Stay current with Varicent SPM product updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations • Train and mentor team members and end-users on Varicent SPM functionalities, best practices, and process improvements • Conduct system audits and reviews to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and optimal system performance • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards in solution delivery • Proactively identify risks, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Varicent SPM domain |
