We are seeking highly experienced Cloud, Platform Engineering, and DevSecOps professional to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in cloud architecture, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, data platforms, and engineering leadership, with a proven ability to drive modernization, reliability, security, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native solutions leveraging Kubernetes, microservices, and modern distributed architectures. • Define and govern enterprise architecture standards, technical roadmaps, design patterns, and engineering best practices. • Lead solution architecture reviews ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, security, maintainability, and compliance requirements are met. • Drive DevSecOps adoption through CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security integration, and platform governance. • Establish observability, monitoring, incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous service improvement practices. • Design resilient platform services utilizing service discovery, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies. • Collaborate with business, product, security, and engineering teams to translate business objectives into technical solutions. • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, solution reviews, and guidance to engineering teams.
Cloud & FinOps Responsibilities • Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives through cost governance, resource utilization analysis, forecasting, and reporting. • Partner with engineering teams to implement right-sizing, storage optimization, and operational efficiency improvements. • Provide actionable cloud cost insights and recommendations to business and technology stakeholders.
DevSecOps & Security Responsibilities • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins. • Integrate security controls including SAST, DAST, Software Composition Analysis (SCA), and container security scanning into deployment pipelines. • Implement enterprise security standards covering identity and access management, secrets management, compliance, and governance. • Establish secure Kubernetes and container platform standards.
Data Platform & AI Responsibilities • Oversee Snowflake platform administration, security, governance, performance optimization, and cost management. • Support enterprise data integration, warehouse optimization, access controls, and data protection requirements. • Evaluate and govern AI-enabled solutions, proof-of-concepts, and associated cloud consumption models. • Collaborate with data engineering and security teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and reliable data solutions.
Required Qualifications • Experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Architecture, Platform Engineering, or DevSecOps. • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, containerization, microservices, and distributed systems. • Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP. • Extensive experience implementing CI/CD and DevSecOps practices. • Proficiency in Java and modern software engineering methodologies including Agile, TDD, and automated testing. • Experience with Kafka, Snowflake, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Cassandra. • Strong understanding of cloud governance, security, compliance, reliability engineering, and operational excellence. • Proven ability to lead architecture initiatives, mentor teams, and engage with senior stakeholders.
Preferred Skills • Cloud Architecture Certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP). • FinOps and Cloud Cost Management experience. • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and observability platforms. • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise modernization and transformation programs. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
