Essential Skills: Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in Data Engineering| Data Warehousing| or Business Intelligence.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and its core services.Proven experience in data migration projects| including assessment| planning| execution| and validation.Strong expertise in ETL/ELT development| data integration| and data transformation.Experience with Performance Testing| Performance Tuning| and Data Validation methodologies.Strong SQL and database development skills.Experience working with large-scale datasets and enterprise data platforms.Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts| dimensional modeling| and data architecture.Excellent analytical| troubleshooting| and communication skills.Good to Have:Experience with Power BI development| dashboards| and semantic models.Knowledge of SAP Business Objects (BO) reporting and migrations.Experience working with Sybase databases.Exposure to Tableau reporting and analytics platforms.Experience with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory| Synapse Analytics| Azure SQL).Knowledge of CI/CD| DevOps| and data governance frameworks.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft Fabric| Azure Data Engineering| or Power BI certifications.Experience in enterprise data modernization and cloud transformation programs.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. |
