• Has prior experience working as a PM/Scrum Master in past projects – 7-8 years relevant exp. with strong communication skills
• Must Have - Has prior latest experience in one of the banking domain – Payments, Core banking, Cash management
• Hands-on with Scrum frameworks / ceremonies, Kanban frameworks
• Has good technical knowledge in Power BI, Tableau, SQL and CI/CD tools, which is an added advantage
• Good technical exposure: Azure DevOps, Copilot
• Jira - hands-on experience
• Experienced in both Agile and SDLC methodologies
• Comfortable with a 4-day work-from-office model – Toronto downtown
