Strong Program Management experience with ownership of complex technology/platform programs. Good understanding of AI in SDLC, including how AI can improve software development, testing, code quality, productivity, and delivery processes. Ability to lead senior stakeholder meetings and confidently manage discussions with executive-level or strong client-side leaders. Experience coordinating across business, engineering, vendor, and leadership teams. Strong skills in program planning, governance, risk tracking, dependency management, and status reporting. Ability to bring structure to ambiguous requirements and drive execution with clear milestones. Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presence. Willingness/ability to work from or travel to Johns Creek, Atlanta as needed.
Desired skills*
Prior experience with AI platforms, GenAI initiatives, developer productivity platforms, or SDLC automation. Exposure to tools and practices across the SDLC such as requirements management, development, CI/CD, testing, release management, and DevOps. Understanding of enterprise platform development and adoption/change management. Experience working with retail or large enterprise clients. Ability to identify opportunities to expand platform capabilities and support broader client transformation goals. Familiarity with Agile delivery models and cross-functional product/platform teams. Experience managing onsite/offshore delivery coordination.
