| Job Description: | Role Requirement • Hands-on Technologist with 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing and supporting enterprise applications end-to-end. • In-depth understanding and extensive experience in designing and developing complex web applications, using the modern web application development technologies and frameworks. • Strong hands-on experience in developing large scale complex software solutions using Object Oriented Programming languages and related technologies and frameworks. • Experience with developing Generative AI Applications • Programming experience in developing Python based Enterprise applications. • Experience in creating Agentic AI Systems • Strong understanding in Multi-Agent architecture design and development • Should know workflow orchestration • Worked with Agentic frameworks like langchain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen • Prompt engineering and prompt optimization • Worked in RAG systems and with Vector databases • Good to have - understanding of guardrails, observability • Experience in developing web services using standard Java based frameworks/toolkits (REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML). • Develop standards/practices that will increase Devops, cloud adoption, and Agile • Excellent communications, analytical and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of tasks and projects. • Involvement in full Software Development Life Cycle of the project.
