We are looking to accelerate IDM development delivery timelines for Morgan Stanley by augmenting software development staff
Ideal: Senior-level Software Engineer/Developer with experience developing identity life cycle management tooling at the Enterprise level in Ping IDM, including managing JML (joiners movers leavers) and the HR driven lifecycle as well as Application Non-Human Identities
Must have: Recent infrastructure development experience in a Linux environment, including committing code through the entire SDLC lifecycle into production. Comfortable operating in Unix/Linux command line.
Very nice to have
- IAM platform engineering experience on platforms such as PingIDM/ForgeRock, SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID, OIM; connectors; REST APIs; workflow configuration; troubleshooting.
- Clear, humble, and concise communication.
- Experience using runtime compiled groovy, python, javascript, or typescript/react.
Nice to have: - Experience working in a highly regulated, high-stakes, low error margin environment such as banking, insurance, healthcare, or financial services
- Experience with OIDC/OAuth2/SAML federation; PingFederate; token exchange; JWTs; SCIM; client authentication; claims; troubleshooting authentication and authorization flows.
What we are not seeking: - Pure architects, development advisors, team coordinators, or people managers who have not recently committed and supported production-facing code
