Role Descriptions: "We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Manufacturing Execution (MES) / Shop Floor Execution Consultant to support manufacturing and warehouse execution processes. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to design, implement, and support integrated SAP solutions across MES, Warehouse Management, and Quality Management landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end Shop Floor Execution processes in SAP, integrated with MES/MSP systems
• Configure and support production order execution with seamless integration across WM, QM, and MM
• Develop and support custom manufacturing processes, including label printing and shop floor automation
• Design and manage interfaces between SAP and third-party systems using WM/BTP Integration and middleware technologies
• Configure and enhance Warehouse RF menus and custom RF processes, including testing with RF devices
• Drive quality management processes including inspections, notifications, and non-conformance handling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process integration across manufacturing and logistics
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documentation, and test scripts
• Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and defect tracking using tools like qTest, Solution Manager, and JIRA
• Provide onsite support and stakeholder coordination at Raritan location

Required Skills
• Strong experience in SAP Manufacturing Execution / Shop Floor Execution (SFE)
• Hands-on expertise in MES/MSP integration with SAP production processes
• Deep knowledge of SAP WM, QM, and MM integration
• Experience in quality processes: inspections, quality notifications, non-conformance management
• Experience with SAP and third-party WMS integration
• Strong knowledge of interfaces using middleware (WM/BTP, IDocs, APIs)
• Experience in Warehouse RF configuration and custom RF process design
• Good understanding of SAP Production Planning (short-term & long-term planning)
• Strong documentation skills: functional specs, configuration docs, test scripts
• Experience with qTest, Solution Manager, and JIRA
