Establish the internal AI platform and developer platform enablement environment needed to support controlled, reusable, and scalable AI engineering across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities
• Build the AI platform foundation that supports engineering teams delivering enterprise AI use cases.
• Contribute to the design of the developer portal and internal platform abstractions that make reuse, onboarding, and standardization easier.
• Help define how developers access models, tools, orchestration capabilities, observability, and governance controls in a structured way.
• Ensure the platform supports measurement, optimization, and operational feedback loops rather than ad hoc development practices.
• Work with architecture and delivery teams to stress-test process and platform choices in a controlled internal environment.
Role requirements
• Experience in platform engineering, developer portals, internal developer platforms, or AI/ML platform engineering.
• Ability to design scalable abstractions for engineering teams while respecting enterprise architecture constraints.
• Knowledge of observability, lifecycle services, onboarding models, and service enablement patterns.
• Strong collaboration skills with architects, engineers, and quality teams.
