Skills: Incident Management~Master Data Management Experience Required: 8-10
Role Descriptions: TSYS Tech lead expectations: 1. TSYS applications knowledge including TS2, TLP, Quick Remit, Centresuite, API’s, MQ’s, etc. (with respect to green screens and options.) 2. TSYS expertise for both Consumer and Commercial platforms 3. TSYS/Bank integration knowledge is advantageous. 4. Knowledge on G&D, Symcor , MasterCard interfaces is advantage. 5. Should lead the implementation of Platform led projects for both testing and production 6. Should lead all the technical activities/assessment 7. Experience in API and MQ- need ability to understand and perform analysis with request/responses to triage issues and investigations
Top 3 Required Skills: 1.TSYS/TS2 Credit Card functionality knowledge on different modules (Statements, Options, Authorizations, Rewards, On Boarding New Card , Quick Remit, Centresuiteetc.) 2. TSYS different Batch files hands on experience 3. Experience in API and MQ- need ability to understand and perform analysis with request/responses to triage issues and investigations
Top 3 Preferred Skills: 1. Working with vendors MasterCard, Visa, Symcor, G&D 2. TSYS Production support experience is mandatory 3. Incident management in Service now, (tracking until closure) is required |
