Role Descriptions: Local to Chicago only 8+ years experience as scrum master for software development projectsExperience in ADO (Azure Dev Ops)Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done| user stories| automated testing| backlog refinement)Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Safe| XP etc.)Excellent communication and servant leadership skillsProblem-solving and conflict-resolution abilityOutstanding organizational skillsDegree in Computer Science| Business or similar fieldScrum master certification is a plusExperience with software development life cycle| waterfall| and agile principlesExperience with Scrum| Kanban| and SAFeExperience understanding technical issues at a high levelExperience using Agile/Project Management Tools Azure Dev Ops/JIRA experienceEnsures Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) concepts and principles are adhered to allow teams to perform and accelerate delivery Proficient in planning| organizing| and facilitating Scrum and SAFe events Identifies| tracks| and resolves delivery impediments to optimize delivery flow Develops and analyzes various reports and artifacts to ensure planned work is delivered within the sprint/release by the delivery team Monitors| measures| and reports on project progress to management/leadership Monitors and assesses team health and continuous improvement
