(Mortgage Data Services – APIs, Services, User Facing Workflows)
Primary Focus
Monitoring and triage of customer and partner facing services, including APIs, microservices, portals, and document workflows, where issues impact real time business operations.

Application & Service Monitoring (grain of salt)
• REST API monitoring (availability, latency, error rates)
• Web application and UI health monitoring
• Microservices and service to service dependency awareness
• Certificate, endpoint, and authentication health checks
Platform & Service Understanding (grain of salt)
• Understanding of event driven and API based architectures
• Familiarity with document ingestion and processing flows
• Awareness of upstream/downstream service dependencies
• Environment awareness (Prod vs non Prod behavior)

• Synthetic and real user monitoring concepts
• Log aggregation and application error diagnostics
