Additional Information
• Knowledge of audio and visual equipment and technologies.• Familiarity with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) tools.• Familiarity with Control Platforms like Crestron.• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills• Able to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and accurately• Physically able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• Understand complex AV systems including architectural requirements, system wiring diagrams, and rack elevations.• Operate, set up, calibrate and maintain audio and visual equipment, including projectors, speakers, microphones, Cisco Codecs, Teams Room Bar, and other equipment as needed.• Track AV Requests, Setup Calendar, Plan and Coordinate with Requestors in advance, the accommodate the desired arrangement accordingly. • Perform routine maintenance, diagnose equipment failures, and resolve technical issues quickly.• Provide technical support and train end-users or staff on operating hardware and control software.• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs• Collaborate with IT departments to integrate networked AV solutions into the existing corporate infrastructure.
