Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Experience in Splunk ITSI (Service Intelligence) for service monitoring • Strong understanding of KPIs, Service Trees, Glass Tables, and correlation searches • Experience in event aggregation, episode review, and alert correlation • Good knowledge of Splunk SPL queries for dashboards and analytics • Understanding of SRE concepts (SLI/SLO, service health, incident management)
Roles & Responsibilities • Design and implement ITSI service models, KPIs, and health scoring • Build and maintain Glass Tables and service dashboards for business visibility • Configure correlation searches and event aggregation policies • Analyze incidents and alerts for root cause and service impact • Work closely with operations teams in incident monitoring and continuous improvement
Generic Managerial Skills, If any Experience working in agile development projects and sprint deliver
