• End-to-End Project & Technical Leadership: Lead large, complex tech initiatives by managing scope, budget, timelines, and resources while providing technical direction aligned with business goals (including APIs, UCaaS, and broadband technologies).
• Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Mentor engineering teams, drive innovation, and act as a bridge between engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Enhance SDLC and delivery processes, ensure secure, scalable, high-quality systems, maintain service reliability (SLOs, incident response), and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
