Role Description
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
5+ years of experience in deployment, ITS, or IT project management (formal training and strong understanding of project management principles preferred)
8–10 years of experience in an information systems operations environment, including service management, systems analysis, or development
Advanced knowledge of software development and service management lifecycles
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve task completion
Strong leadership and analytical skills
Excellent executive-level communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven ability to develop resolutions, plans, and strategies for operational advancement
Experience with management techniques, problem resolution, and operational improvement strategies
Strong initiative to continuously enhance knowledge and stay current with industry and business trends
Essential Skills
