Primary Role: Senior BSA
- Leads cross-LOB initiatives, drives data standardization and stakeholder alignment and having experience with Azure Data Engineering
- Owns complex integrations and enterprise Ref data onboarding and adoption
- Excellent Communication skills
- Act as liaison between business, EDMO, product teams, and technology teams
- Gather, analyze, and document business, data, and system requirements for reference data domains
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, data mappings, and user stories
- Support reference data onboarding lifecycle including identification, classification, and registration
- Validate whether data qualifies as Enterprise Reference Data (shared, impactful, cross-LOB)
