Required: • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, especially Azure Fabric and Synapse. • Proficient in cloud engineering and architecture using Azure Data Factory[Data Flows and Data Pipeline], Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other Azure services. • Strong skills and familiarity with programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, or bash.[GB2.1][GB2.2] • Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks and tools. • Demonstrated experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data lake concepts and architectures. • Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar. • Demonstrated experience with Azure monitoring and troubleshooting tools, including Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics.[GB3.1][3.2][SW3.3] • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize performance and scalability. • Effective collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organizational priorities, technology, and processes. • Must be able to travel to district locations and be capable of lifting 35lbs. • Valid driver’s license. Preferred: • Associate or bachelor’s degree. • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus. • Experience working with enterprise data and analytics solutions and familiarity with terminology. • Experience creating technical documentation, process maps, and knowledge transfer documents. • Experience working with regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPPA, SOX,etc.).
