What You'll do:
⦁ Writes, tests, and documents technical work products (e.g., code, scripts, processes) according to organizational standards and practices
⦁ Solves technical problems and builds components/libraries with far-ranging impact
⦁ Delivers high quality work and coaches more junior engineers on technical craftsmanship
⦁ Conducts root cause analysis to identify systemic problems and defines and leads execution of action items to address
⦁ Designs thoughtfully integrated systems that model organizational best practices, allowing disparate teams across product domains to deliver value with speed, scale, and reliability
⦁ Oversees the management of technical debt in existing systems and drives opportunities to eliminate within ongoing implementations

⦁ Partners with the security organization to incorporate security conscious practices early in the lifecycle of new systems

⦁ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into functional solutions.
⦁ Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with other Microsoft services like SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Forms, and Azure.
⦁ Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
⦁ Maintain and update existing Power Platform applications, ensuring they align with business needs.
⦁ Create technical documentation for the solution implemented.

Education/Experience
⦁ Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required
⦁ 5 software development experience
⦁ 3 years of developing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate Cloud.
⦁ Experience deploying the Power Apps and Power Automate Cloud flows using a Solution in multiple environments.
⦁ 3 years working with Sharepoint, Dataverse or any relational database.
⦁ 3 years experience working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
⦁ Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery (Required)
⦁ Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue
