| Job Description: | Key Responsibilities · Lead problem discovery, requirement definition, and solution evaluation for digital banking initiatives · Act as Product Owner, driving product vision, roadmap, and backlog prioritization · Translate business strategy into MVP definitions and incremental delivery plans · Lead Agile ceremonies: PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews & Demos · Define and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog health · Work closely with solution architects, engineering teams, and UX teams to ensure design alignment · Define API contracts, request/response mappings, and integration flows · Partner with stakeholders during product demos, UAT validation, and production rollout · Manage release documentation (go/no-go decisions, release notes, support models) · Collaborate with testing teams to plan and execute functional validation · Support post-production and rollout stabilization activities
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 6 years of experience with Information Technology. • Location for this position is Atlanta, GA. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. Preferred Experiences: • Minimum 10+ years of experience leasing business IT solutions. • Experience with InfoLease platform. • Experience with data migration and data validations post migration • Strong understanding of internet-based platform implementation. • Strong understanding of security and firewall requirements vis-à-vis implementation and interaction with vendor applications. • Ability to communicate at leadership level. • Conversant with Scaled Agile or similar Agile framework. • Good understanding of business process and effectively use Design principals and automation to optimize the process. • Align with product manager, operations team and line of business s to clearly articulate upgrade implementation and data migration strategy. • Operate with little supervision and troubleshoot complex problems, to recommend appropriate actions • Partner with solution architects and other technical leads to ensure their solutions effectively address program priorities while balancing client experience and technical integrity. • Provide simulated, prototype and product demos to key stakeholders • Lead production business validations, in partnership with product manager • Connect and align Commercial Truist application migration strategy with Enterprise requirements for data migration • Coordinate with testing partners and execute functional test cases • At least 5 years of experience in requirement elicitation techniques like JAD/sessions, workshops, interviews, surveys etc. • At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis tools like HP ALM and MS Visio • At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment • At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
