Primary Skills JBoss WebSphere Azure
Role Description Continuously enhance knowledge and expertise in business services, applications, infrastructure, and analytical tools to support effective solution development and delivery Stay current with industry and business trends Work comfortably with vendors and external partners Support installation, configuration, and upgrade of business applications/systems in coordination with appropriate stakeholders Perform low to moderately complex tasks under guidance and supervision Manage production incidents and ensure timely resolution Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, UNIX, Linux, and Windows environments Utilize ServiceNow for incident and service management Use monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Splunk, DataDog, and Dynatrace to investigate issues
