Accountable for end-to-end AVaaS delivery including transition, operations, governance, and stakeholder management across global sites.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead global AVaaS program delivery (design → transition → steady state)
Own SLA performance, service quality, and financial management
Drive transition planning, risk management, and vendor coordination
Interface with Organization leadership for governance, reporting, and escalations
Ensure alignment with AV standards, security, and compliance
Manage OEM/vendor ecosystem & transition risks
Oversee event, studio, and VIP support delivery
Key Skills:
Managed services / AVaaS delivery at enterprise scale
Multi-vendor coordination across global sites
SLA/KPI management and service optimization
Executive stakeholder communication (VIP environments)
Certifications (Preferred):
PMP / PRINCE2
ITIL Foundation / Intermediate
Education:
Bachelor’s in Engineering / IT / Business
MBA (preferred)
