Role Descriptions:
Design and execute test cases for ETL processes, ensuring data completeness, transformation accuracy, and consistency.
Validate data across source systems, staging layers, and target databases/data warehouses.
Perform data validations including row count, schema checks, and aggregation checks.
Conduct data reconciliation and verify transformation logic.
Perform regression and integration testing for ETL pipelines.
Demonstrate expertise in SQL and database concepts.
Possess familiarity with coding languages such as Java or Python.
Have working knowledge of cloud technologies used in ETL processes.
Perform ETL automation and backend automation.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Work closely with stakeholders and managers on a daily basis, providing regular updates.
Communicate test results, defects, and risks to stakeholders and managers.
Show strong ownership and proactively go the extra mile to meet critical milestones. |
