Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce SME (Subject Matter Expert) with strong hands-on development experience to design, build, and support scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, and enterprise CRM implementations, particularly in large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to business requirements
Build and maintain:
Apex classes, triggers, batch/queueable jobs
Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce
Implement Salesforce modules such as:
Service Cloud / Sales Cloud / Experience Cloud
Architecture & SME Responsibilities
Act as SFDC SME, providing:
Technical guidance to development teams
Design recommendations and best practices
Review solution designs for scalability, performance, and security
Ensure adherence to coding standards, governance, and architecture guidelines
Integration & Data Management
Design and implement integrations using:
REST / SOAP APIs
Middleware platforms (MuleSoft or equivalent)
Manage:
Data modeling and schema design
Data migration and transformation activities
Configuration & Automation
Configure Salesforce features:
Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes
Workflows and automation tools
Support & Optimization
Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support
Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
Optimize system performance and scalability
Collaboration & Delivery
Work with:
Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, etc
Required Skills & Experience
Core Technical Skills
Strong expertise in:
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC/Aura)
SOQL, SOSL
Deep understanding of:
Salesforce data model
Security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets)
Integration & Platform Skills
Experience with:
Integration frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs)
CI/CD and DevOps tools (Copado, Jenkins, Git) (derived from internal profiles like
Functional Skills
Experience working in:
CRM / Customer engagement platforms
Knowledge of:
Case management, sales processes, and workflows
