Role Summary -
• Experience managing large AI programs
• Lead AI/Gen AI Strategy, solution design, delivery governance and customer management across multiple programs
• Act as technical expert for AI platforms, Agentic AL solutions, Enterprise AI adoption and innovation initiatives
• Preferably experience in regulated industry
Experience-
• 15-20 yrs overall IT experience
• 6+ yrs in AI/ML with about 3+ yrs in Gen AI and LLM Based solutions
Key Responsibilities -
• Define AI and GenAI strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead Solution architecture reviews and technical governance
• Drive AI use case discovery, feasibility assessment and prioritization
• Guide teams on various AI /Gen AI Solution approaches, Responsible AI etc.
• Collaborating with Business stakeholders, product owners
• Define enterprise AI standards, frameworks and reusable accelerators
• Support RFP, solutioning, estimations and executive presentations
• Mentor architects, SMEs and engineering teams
• Drive AI innovation programs and customer workshops
