Need someone with below experience: - Has personally overseen end‑to‑end customer and employee beta testing programs, from planning through execution and close‑out.
- Solid understanding of User Experience Research (UXR) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) methodologies and metrics, with the ability to apply insights to product and experience decisions.
- Hands‑on ownership of hardware and logistics operations, including device provisioning, tracking, configuration, and returns (where applicable).
- Demonstrated ability to drive a continuous feedback flywheel, translating beta insights into actionable product improvements.
- Strong capability in tester communications, including crafting clear instructions, release notes, timelines, and ongoing updates.
- Experienced in issue triage and feedback management—partnering with product, engineering, and program teams to prioritize defects, validate fixes, and close the loop.
- Expertise in survey design and writing (quantitative and qualitative), tailored to beta, UXR, and CSAT objectives.
- Skilled in survey analysis and synthesis, converting data into clear insights and executive‑ready recommendations.
- Proven experience in tester recruitment and management, including defining tester profiles, onboarding participants, and maintaining engagement throughout the beta lifecycle
