Role Description:
The SAP Solution Manager Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP Solution Manager across various projects. This role involves collaborating closely with both technical and functional teams to ensure smooth integration and optimization of Solution Manager functionalities such as Change Request Management (ChaRM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Solution Documentation. The consultant will also be expected to provide expertise in areas like technical system monitoring, business process operations, and test management.
A successful candidate should have a strong background in SAP Solution Manager (preferably version 7.2 or above), hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, and a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to train and mentor team members are also highly valued in this role. |
