This role focuses on deep technical troubleshooting| root cause analysis| and permanent fix implementation| working closely with development| infrastructure| and DevOps teams to ensure high availability and performance of applications.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L3 production support for enterprise applications developed using Java| Spring Boot| and Angular.Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and complex incidents.Debug application issues related to APIs| microservices| backend logic| and frontend components.Analyze logs| stack traces| database issues| and performance bottlenecks.Implement bug fixes| patches| and minor enhancements in coordination with development teams.Support production deployments| releases| hotfixes| and post-release validations.Work with L2 support teams to guide issue triage and resolution.Ensure adherence to SLAs| incident management| and change management processes.Participate in on-call rotational shifts as part of 24x7 support coverage.Maintain and improve support documentation| runbooks| and SOPs.Proactively identify stability| performance| and security improvements. |
