Role Descriptions:
TSYS QA lead expectations:
1. TSYS applications knowledge including TS2, TLP, Quick Remit, Centresuite, API’s, MQ’s, etc. (with respect to green screens and options.)
2. TSYS expertise for both Consumer and Commercial platforms
3. TSYS/Bank integration knowledge is advantageous.
4. Knowledge on G&D, Symcor , MasterCard interfaces is advantage.
5. Should lead the implementation of Platform led projects for both testing and production
6. Should lead all the technical activities/assessment
7. Experience in API and MQ- need ability to understand and perform analysis with request/responses to triage issues and investigations
8. Define and own the QA/Test Strategy for TSYS platform initiatives, including functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
9. Lead test planning, test design, execution, defect management, and test sign-off activities.
10. Ensure comprehensive test coverage across TSYS applications (TS2, TLP, Quick Remit, CentreSuite, green screens, APIs, MQs).
11. Lead end-to-end testing across Consumer and Commercial TSYS platforms.
12. Perform and oversee system integration testing (SIT) involving:
13. TSYS ↔ Bank systems
14. TSYS ↔ External vendors (G&D, Symcor, MasterCard)
Validate data integrity, transaction flows, settlement, and reconciliations across integrated systems.
15. Lead API and MQ testing activities, including:
16. Request/response validation
17. Message format validation
18. Error handling and negative scenarios
19. Perform deep analysis of API and MQ payloads to identify root cause of issues.
20. Support troubleshooting and triage of production and pre-production defects.
21. Lead QA efforts for platform-led and regulatory-driven initiatives from requirement analysis through production release.
22. Support data migration testing, configuration testing, and release validation.
23. Lead production readiness, shakedown, and post-deployment validation testing. |
