Role Descriptions:
Solution architects role is to build and integrate computer and information systems to meet business needs.
Provide strategic guidance during the development process.
Make technical decisions about solutions and explain how they will impact the organization and evaluate and select the tools and frameworks that best fit the solutions requirements
Ensure teams have sufficient resources to roll out new technology and mitigate potential risks.
Understand constraints| look at their priority| and make managerial and technical decisions to solve issues.
Discuss project requirements with stakeholders| understand product delivery| and develop a plan for risk management.
Ensure software projects meet non-functional requirements| also known as quality attributes
