Role Descriptions: Elicit | analyze | and document business | functional | and system requirements (BRD | FRD | SRD). Translate requirements into user stories | acceptance criteria | and backlog items for Agile delivery. Perform impact | gap | and AS-IS TO-BE process analysis across business and technology domains. Collaborate with product owners | architects | developers | QA | and vendors to ensure end-to-end solution delivery. Support system integrations | data flow analysis | and validation across enterprise platforms. Participate in UAT | defect triage | and production validation to ensure business outcomes are met. Ensure solutions align with regulatory | compliance | and security requirements.
Required Skills Experience: 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in insurance or financial services. Strong expertise in requirements documentation | process modeling | and stakeholder management. Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments. Solid understanding of enterprise systems | data validation (SQL) | and system integrations. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA | Confluence | SQL | UML | and MS Office. |
