DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE – AUTO & COMMERCIAL CAPTIVE FINANCE • Familiarity with the auto finance lifecycle: origination, contract booking, payment processing, account servicing, and end-of-term processes. • Understanding of commercial captive finance models — OEM-backed financial subsidiaries, dealer programs, and fleet/commercial lease structures. • Experience with Odessa-supported financial products such as retail installment contracts, operating leases, finance leases, or balloon loans is highly valued. WORKING MODEL & COLLABORATION • Works in a hybrid onshore-offshore AMS delivery model; comfortable with asynchronous communication, structured handoffs, and cross-time-zone coordination. • Regular interaction with onshore client stakeholders — stand-ups, triage calls, sprint reviews, and change management discussions. • Partners with offshore team members for execution, testing, and documentation — requiring clear written communication and process discipline. • May participate in on-call rotation for critical production incidents depending on client engagement requirements.
