Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with TOGAF, BPMN, or similar standards. Domain Expertise: Experience in the client’s specific industry or business area. Modern Tech Exposure: Knowledge of cloud, APIs, microservices, or digital transformation patterns. Change Management: Experience driving adoption of new processes or solution frameworks. Tool Evaluation: Ability to assess BP, automation, or integration tools for fitment.
Job Description: Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Business Process Architect. Strong understanding of E2E business processes, enterprise workflows, and operating models. Demonstrated experience in technical solution design for enterprise systems. Ability to build and showcase Proof of Concepts (POCs). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate. Experience defining architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and manage trade‑offs. Ability to drive alignment across technical and business teams.
