Qualifications Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 10+ years of experience in IICS & good experience in Program Managment.

Preferred

· Working Location – Vancouver, Canada

· Candidates with ~15 years of IT experience and strong knowledge on Integration Space.

· Experience of various cloud technologies

· Minimum 10+ years of Integration experience in Informatica Cloud

Technical Architect –

o Experience having led team of 7+ members or more.

o Ability of be part of design, architecture discussions on Informatica Cloud.

o Good knowledge of EDI (Gentran preferred)

o Good knowledge on IICS Platform Setup across various environments

o Ability to lead, interact with client on various topics and work on multiple topics at same time

o Ability to liaise with Product team and various stakeholders for program governance

o Knowledge of SDLC, Agile and other models used for project along with knowledge of Jira tools.

INFORMATICA CLOUD

o Ability to design and build integrations on Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) using Data Integration (DI), Application Integration (App Int), and API Manager, adhering to enterprise coding standards, reusability, and performance best practices.

o Hands-on design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integrations across on-prem and cloud systems using IICS (mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, processes, APIs), with strong parameterization.

o Expertise in setting up and administering Secure Agents, runtime environment groups, connections, folders, and parameter sets across DEV/TEST/STAGE/PROD, including access controls and segregation of duties.

o Proficient in monitoring & observability, custom alerting (success/failure rates, latency, throughput); implement synthetic checks, log correlation, and actionable alert thresholds.

o Able to develop and review complex mappings/taskflows (reusable transformations, parameter files, expressions, dynamic lookups, error-handling paths) and Application Integration processes (orchestrations, long-running workflows, event handling).

o Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, CSV/Fixed-width, OData.

o Active participation in Project Design, Build, Testing and Deployment phases of the project life cycle.

o Proven ability to troubleshoot platform and integration issues end-to-end (connectivity, auth, performance, data), drive root cause analysis, and implement preventive controls.

o Strong program leadership within the IICS domain: roadmap definition, estimation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and cross-team coordination (security, network, product).

o Excellent communication & presentation skills for RFPs, solution proposals, and client workshops, translating business needs into scalable IICS architectures and delivery plans.

o Active participation in design reviews, code reviews, test plan creation, and testing cycles (unit, integration, performance, UAT); drive defect triage to closure and continuous improvement.
