Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Strong understanding of contract Logistic and Supply chain DOmain. • Experience with Logistic and supply chain process and tools and software. • Familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management. • Proficiency in creating system documentation and providing user training. Roles & Responsibilities • Vendor Management & Onboarding – Oversee vendor relationships, coordinate onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with internal requirements. • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Strategic Sourcing, Contracting and Operations teams to execute vendor contracts and maintain alignment across stakeholders. • Operations Team Support – Provide project management, data collection, communication with vendors, and operational support for Finance projects/initiatives to ensure smooth execution. • Procurement Activities – Manage purchase order (PO) creation and tracking in alignment with project and budget needs. • Freight pay and audit: POs and invoices management, auditing invoices and collaborating with AP and the Coupa team. • Reporting & Data Management – Develop, maintain, and distribute reporting dashboards and Finance metrics. • Finance & Budget Analytics – Conduct financial data analysis, support budget planning, and ensure key considerations are communicated effectively. • Budget Communication – Prepare and share budget updates with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on financial status. • Process & Tool Development – Create Smartsheet templates and collaborate with the Digital Innovation team to streamline Finance processes and improve efficiency. • Regular Finance exercise: Monthly accruals exercise/ 3+9, 6+6, 9+3/ supporting LRP exercise |
