Role Description:
Ability to define| architect and delivery business solution to service contact center businesscases
Team player and working with dev| business| release management and operations team todevelopment and implement Salesforce platform-based solution.
Helping to finalize functional and non-functional requirement.
Manage integration of Salesforce with MuleSoft| DocuSign| content management and otherapplication
Defining and tracking SLA projects progress| lead technical team and provide technical help
Create design documents| development business functionality and provide support on end-to-end testing.

Essential Skills:
Experience on delivering and deliver custom Force.com enterprise applications.
Experience in implementing Salesforce Sales and Services cloud| Experiencecommunities asprimary
Hands-on experience on APEX| Visual force| Aura Lightning Flow components| LWS| Salesforceback-end coding| Omni channel UI page integration and development using html| css and JavaScript
Demonstrates big-picture thinking| suggesting alternative approaches and improvements
Strong problem-solving
Proactive in knowledge sharing and supporting others
Effective in both independent work and team leadership roles.
Defining| creating| and managing custom objects| creating page lay outs| page validations|formulas and workflow rules using Salesforce.com
Working experience in scrum team

Good to Have:
Experience in Financial amp Marketing cloud
experience knowledge of SalesforceDX but more specifically| proven experience working in a multi-team|Agile development environment
Experience in integration with MuleSoft| DocuSign| third party systems using APIs.
Knowledge of Sub versioning tools (SVN| Git)| JIRA| Confluence| etc.
