We are looking for a MuleSoft Administrator responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining the
MuleSoft Anypoint Platform environment. The role involves platform administration, monitoring APIs,
troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring platform stability and security.
Roles & Responsibilities
Platform Administration
· Manage and administer the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including Runtime Manager, API
Manager, and Exchange.
· Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of MuleSoft runtimes and platform
components.
· Manage CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and On-Prem deployments.
Monitoring & Support
· Monitor APIs, integrations, and runtime environments.
· Troubleshoot performance issues, failures, and connectivity problems.
· Configure alerts, logging, and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or Dynatrace.
Security & Access Management
· Manage user roles, permissions, and environment access.
· Implement security policies, TLS certificates, and API gateways.
· Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards. Deployment & Environment Management · Support CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab. · Manage DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments. · Support application deployments and rollbacks. Performance & Capacity Planning · Monitor CPU, memory, and worker utilization. · Optimize runtime performance and scale workers when required. · Manage API traffic and throttling policies. Incident & Change Management · Work with development teams for incident resolution. · Support change management processes and maintenance windows. · Maintain documentation and operational runbooks. Required Skills · Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administration · Knowledge of API management and integration platforms · Experience with CloudHub and Runtime Fabric · Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs · Experience with Linux administration · Knowledge of networking (DNS, Load balancers, firewalls)
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
· Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administration
· Knowledge of API management and integration platforms
· Experience with CloudHub and Runtime Fabric
· Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs
· Experience with Linux administration
· Knowledge of networking (DNS, Load balancers, firewalls)
