The ServiceNow Now Assist Specialist enables AI-powered automation across the ServiceNow platform by configuring and optimizing generative-AI features such as summarization, content generation, conversational intelligence, and AI-driven workflow automation. · Now Assist uses ServiceNow’s domain-specific LLMs and integrations like Azure OpenAI to enhance ITSM and Creator workflows.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Configure Now Assist skills such as incident/chat summarization and resolution note generation. 2. Implement AI-driven automation across ITSM and Creator using out-of-the-box and custom skills. 3. Build and optimize multi-skill AI Agents for end-to-end automation workflows. 4. Enable conversational self-service using Virtual Agent and NLU. 5. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
Required Skills:
· Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Integration,flow designer, catalog items etc). · Hands-on knowledge of Now Assist features: summarization, content creation, sentiment analysis, conversational AI. · Familiarity with AI Agents and text-to-flow/code automation. · Strong business analysis and workflow-design skills.
