| Job Description: |
• Deploy, configure, and maintain NetIQ Network Analytics in on prem and hybrid environments
• Integrate NetIQ analytics with network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Collect data using SNMP, NetFlow/sFlow/IPFIX, syslogs, and APIs
• Build and customize dashboards, KPIs, and reports for network performance, capacity, and fault analytics
• Enable proactive monitoring and anomaly detection for degradation, congestion, and outages
• Correlate analytics with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy for incident and problem management
• Perform root cause analysis using real time and historical network analytics
• Collaborate with NOC, SRE, and Network Engineering teams to improve MTTR and service availability
• Tune analytics models, thresholds, and baselines to reduce false positives
• Support audits and compliance reporting related to network availability and performance
• Create and maintain operational runbooks and knowledge documentation
